Did you know that Groupon keeps 100% of all unredeemed vouchers? That’s right, when you purchase a Groupon with the intention of supporting small business, Groupon keeps 100% if you never redeem the voucher. If you redeem your voucher they keep 50% and pass the remainder to the small business.
When we announced that we were discontinuing our Groupon services, we requested that Groupon refund all unused vouchers, but they refused. We were advised to direct customers to Groupon Support.
